  • Transaction data: order history and payment details processed securely via nas.io.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Create and manage your TradingMatrix account.
  • Process orders and facilitate payments via nas.io.
  • Display your business in the Directory (if you opt in).
  • Send transactional emails: confirmations, OTPs, and support replies.
  • Match you with relevant businesses, events, and networking opportunities.
  • Improve our platform through analytics and user feedback.

3. Data Sharing

  • Payment Processing: Payment data is shared with nas.io. We do not store card numbers.
  • Business Listings: Your business profile is visible to TradingMatrix users if listed.
  • Analytics: Anonymized usage data may be shared with analytics providers.
  • Legal: We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
  • We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Your Rights

  • Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Update inaccurate data any time via account settings.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails via the unsubscribe link.
