Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using TradingMatrix. These terms govern your access to and use of our platform, services, and features.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using TradingMatrix, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
  • If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
  • These terms apply to all users: buyers, sellers, directory listers, and event hosts.

2. Account Registration

  • You must be 18 years or older to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Accounts found with false information may be suspended or permanently banned.

3. Platform Use

  • TradingMatrix is a B2B/B2C sourcing and networking platform.
  • Users may not use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
  • Scraping, automated access, or reverse-engineering the platform is prohibited.
  • You may not post false, misleading, or defamatory content about businesses or products.
  • Spam, unsolicited messages, and mass contact of other users is prohibited.

4. Directory Listings

  • Business listings must be accurate and represent real, operating businesses.
  • TradingMatrix reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any listing.
  • Verified badges are issued after document verification and may be revoked.
  • Listing owners are responsible for keeping information current and accurate.

5. Payments & Transactions

  • All payments are processed securely by nas.io.
  • TradingMatrix does not store payment card details.
  • Prices are subject to change. Confirmed orders are binding at the agreed price.
  • Disputes must be raised within 7 days of transaction.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The TradingMatrix name, logo, and platform content are our intellectual property.
  • Users retain ownership of content they upload (product images, business descriptions).
  • By uploading content, you grant TradingMatrix a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • TradingMatrix is a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a party to transactions between users.
  • We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed products.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding a claim.

8. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting hello@tradingmatrix.org.
  • Active orders must be resolved before account closure.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
