Warranty & Returns

We stand behind every product on TradingMatrix. If you are not satisfied, we will make it right through our structured warranty and return process.

1. Warranty Coverage

  • All products sourced through TradingMatrix carry a minimum 30-day quality guarantee.
  • Electronics and appliances: 6–12 month warranty depending on the manufacturer.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects and product failure under normal use.
  • Warranty does not cover: physical damage, water damage, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for consumer orders.
  • Wholesale and bulk orders: returns accepted within 48 hours of delivery (report before accepting).
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  • Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return unless defective.
  • Prebooked stock: non-returnable unless there is a quality defect.

3. Return Process

  • Step 1: Email hello@tradingmatrix.org with your order ID and reason for return.
  • Step 2: Attach photos/videos clearly showing the issue.
  • Step 3: We will respond within 48 business hours with return authorization.
  • Step 4: Ship the product back using the provided label or our pickup service.
  • Step 5: Refund or replacement processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the return.

4. Refund Policy

  • Full refund issued if the product is defective or not as described.
  • Partial refund may apply if returned product shows signs of use.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
  • International orders: customs duties paid are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will ship the correct item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
  • Keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved.
