Shipping Policy

TradingMatrix ships globally. Delivery timelines depend on your location and chosen shipping method. All times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Wholesale and Prebooked orders may require 3–7 business days for processing.
  • Orders placed on weekends or Indian public holidays are processed the next business day.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Express Delivery: 2–3 business days (available for select pin codes).
  • Free shipping on orders above ₹5,000 (standard tier).
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

3. International Shipping

  • We ship to 50+ countries globally.
  • International Standard: 10–21 business days (varies by country).
  • International Express: 5–10 business days via courier partners.
  • Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Some products may be restricted from shipping to certain countries due to regulations.

4. Order Tracking

  • A tracking number is emailed within 24 hours of dispatch.
  • Track your order via our partner courier portals.
  • Contact hello@tradingmatrix.org if tracking information is not received within 48 hours of dispatch.

5. Packaging

  • All products are packed securely to prevent transit damage.
  • Wholesale orders are palletized or crated as appropriate.
  • We use recyclable packaging materials where possible.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Report lost or damaged shipments within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • Provide photos of damaged goods for claim processing.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund subject to investigation.
